How to use the questionnaire
It is simple, click on the link below and register to take part in the questionnaire.  You will be given a login and password. You will then receive an email, which will provide instructions on how to activate your account. Please file this email in a safe place as you will need to use your login and password to take part in future questionnaires.

What will the questionnaire consist of?
You will be presented with 10 multiple choice questions relating to the Big Story article. Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will be presented with your results and be able to print off a PDF report of your results. Please file this with the article. 

What if you forget to print off your results?
Don’t worry! The program we have used to generate the questionnaire allows you to log in at any time and view/print reports of any previous questionnaires you have completed.
